Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years sales or lead generation experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle objections professionally and persistently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Team player with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential clients by researching and qualifying leads through various channels.
• Conduct outbound calls and educate prospects about Employer of Record services, schedule meetings or demos.
• Qualify leads and gather key information to assess potential clients.
• Collaborate with sales to develop lead generation and pipeline strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and prospecting details in CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on campaigns and opportunities.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to position EOR services effectively.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings, and revenue.
