Job summary

Hyphen Connect seeks an ambitious Multimedia Designer to bridge traditional design craft with emerging generative technologies. You will direct visual narratives, leverage state-of-the-art AI tools to accelerate production, and shape the creative aesthetic across Web3, AI, creative art, and social media products.

The role requires hands-on digital artistry and leadership, guiding visual language, photoshoots, and video concepts from ideation to final execution in a fast-paced remote startup

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, motion/video, and creative direction.
• Fluency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) or Figma.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI for production workflows (prompt engineering, image/video synthesis).

Responsibilities

• Generative AI & visual innovation: prototype and refine high-end image/video assets using AI tools.
• Graphic & brand design: create dynamic visuals for social media, Web3 visuals, branding, and marketing.
• Photo & video direction: storyboard, direct shoots and videos from concept to final execution.
• Post-production: motion design, color grading, and video editing to meet high-production standards.
