MoneyHero Group is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis across four Asian markets and 10+ regional entities. You will supervise two analysts, drive group consolidation, forecasting, and KPI reporting, and partner with senior leadership on strategic investments.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A or Corporate Development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead group financial consolidation across multiple markets and entities.

About the Job

Reporting to Associate Director, Strategic Finance, you will spearhead the financial strategy and operational excellence of the organization across 4 Asian markets and 10+ regional entities. Leading a team of two financial analysts, you will oversee group financial consolidation, advanced cost forecasting and optimization, quarterly earnings releases, monthly financial review decks, and board presentations, while collaborating with auditors to ensure compliance.

Particularly, the Manager will lead ROI analysis on the Company’s investment projects, and steer the leadership for prioritisation of the investments and continuous tracking of the performance of the investments. This highly visible role requires strategic leadership, advanced analytical expertise, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for
  • Lead Group Financial Consolidation: Oversee the consolidation of financials across 4 Asian markets and 10+ regional entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with group strategies.
  • Oversee Financial Reporting and Storytelling: Manage the preparation of monthly financial review presentations, management reports, quarterly earnings, regulatory reports and KPI dashboards, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare Annual Plan and Rolling Forecast: Prepare group level annual financial plan and continuous rolling forecast to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Finance Business Partnering: Serve as the primary financial advisor to teams across the business, directing strategic cost analysis across business units and delivering a robust forecasting framework with these teams.
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Manage and mentor two financial analysts, fostering analytical rigor, professional growth, and succession planning. Expand team capabilities through targeted training and process enhancements, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality outputs and preparing the team for future growth.
  • Advanced Financial Modeling and Scenario Planning: Develop strategic financial plans, ROI evaluations, and complex models to identify risks, opportunities, and support scenario planning across products, channels, clients, and markets.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead cross-functional projects (e.g., new product launches, market expansions), aligning financial strategies with business goals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Champion System and Process Innovation: Lead initiatives to transform finance by implementing and enhancing financial planning systems, automating reporting workflows to shorten month-end close cycles, and creating interactive dashboards for improved insights and decision-making. Identify and deploy innovative solutions to streamline financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes efficiently.
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
  • 7+ years of work experience in Strategic Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis or Corporate Development
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance. Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or MBA are highly preferred
  • Strong quantitative and effective communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter with intrapreneurship mindset
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with a business acumen aligned to organizational goals
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and act as a strategic business partner
  • Proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and data visualization software
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
