Job summary

Binance in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced DevOps/Infra professional to support both retail and VIP users across the App, Website, Desktop Client and API. You will diagnose issues with logs, databases, monitoring, and code, and work with multiple business units to improve reliability and performance.

You will build and maintain internal tools and AI-driven automation, advance CI/CD pipelines across public clouds, containers, IaC and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, infrastructure or related field.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and containers.
• Experience with CI/CD, IaC and monitoring.
• Experience with high-scale user base products is a plus.
• English fluency; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support retail and VIP users on App, Website, Desktop Client and API.
• Troubleshoot issues using logs, databases, monitoring and code.
• Identify product bugs and collaborate with BUs to improve product.
• Assist Incident Management with incidents and post-incident reviews.
• Build and maintain internal tools and automation, including AI-driven ones.
