Job summary

Binance in Hong Kong seeks experienced engineers to support global users across app, website, desktop client and API. You will troubleshoot, resolve issues, identify bugs, assist incident management, and build internal tools and AI-driven automation to improve efficiency.

Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus. You will work in a remote-first environment with fast-paced projects and opportunities for growth in a leading blockchain ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Infrastructure with depth in at least one area and ability to learn others.
• Software development experience in backend or frontend technologies.
• Technical support, solutions engineering or project management for high-user-base products.
• Experience with AI projects and tools is a plus, especially in production environments.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus for coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support retail and VIP users on App, Website, Desktop Client and API.
• Troubleshoot issues using logs, databases, monitoring and code to find root causes.
• Identify bugs and partner with BUs to improve product and user experience.
• Assist Incident Management with technical incidents and post-incident reviews.
• Build and maintain internal tools and automation, including AI-driven solutions.
