Job summary

Binance is seeking a finance technology professional to lead automation, data architecture, and system improvements across core Finance workflows. You will own translating Finance requirements into scalable technical solutions and drive AI-assisted workflow execution to enhance efficiency.

As a key interface between Finance and Engineering, you will architect automation frameworks, ensure governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform finance operations at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in roles combining finance domain knowledge with technical implementation.
• Solid understanding of core accounting and finance processes such as double-entry bookkeeping, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Hands-on coding ability in Python, Java, SQL or similar languages with finance/accounting applications.
• Ability to build or improve lightweight tools, scripts, and automation solutions.
• Strong business understanding to translate finance requirements into system logic and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of automation, data architecture, and system improvements across Finance workflows, focusing on accounting processes.
• Bridge Finance and Engineering, translating finance requirements into practical solutions.
• Architect and deliver finance automation frameworks with workflow orchestration and ERP integrations.
• Advance agentic finance capabilities through AI-assisted workflow execution in Finance operations.
• Develop and oversee data pipelines and tooling, collaborating with engineering or data teams on complex work.
• Identify bottlenecks and design improvements to reduce risk and improve accuracy and scalability.
• Ensure accounting logic, controls, and reporting are embedded in systems and data models.
• Collaborate across Finance, Product, Engineering, Data, and Compliance on strategic transformations.
