Job summary

Binance in Hong Kong seeks an experienced finance operations professional to manage ERP and Workday configurations, data integrity, and automation initiatives. You will optimize workflows, validate data, and support migrations with cross-functional teams across treasury and accounting.

You should have a strong background in finance systems, Excel/Sheets proficiency, and an interest in crypto. This role offers remote-first arrangements with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in finance, accounting, information systems, or related field.
• At least 5 years in finance operations, systems admin, or ERP support.
• Strong Excel/Sheets; comfortable cleaning and cross-checking data.
• Experience building AI-assisted automations or low-code workflows with LLMs.
• Detail-oriented with clear written communication and a genuine interest in crypto.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Financials: user access, roles, approval workflows.
• Maintain master data across systems (vendors, customers, CoA, worktags).
• Support integrations between Workday, banking, and crypto tooling.
• First-line support for finance, treasury, and accounting; troubleshoot and escalate as needed.
• Configure workflows and reports; participate in UAT for system changes.
• Support the Workday migration: data validation, cutover, hypercare.
• Support close: journal posting checks, reconciliation extracts, reporting.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and user guides.
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive finance ops tasks and document automations.
• Support audits: access reviews, segregation of duties, change logs.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

• - At least 5 years in finance ops, systems admin, or ERP support
• - Strong Excel/Sheets; comfortable cleaning and cross-checking data
• - Experience building AI-assisted automations or low-code workflows with LLMs
• - Detail-oriented, process-minded, clear written communicator
• - Genuine interest in crypto/blockchain
