Job summary

Binance is seeking an FP&A professional to assist in monthly and quarterly management reporting and close processes. You will own specific cost areas, validate data, analyze trends, and provide performance commentary.

The role involves supporting process improvements, automation, and ad hoc analyses to drive cost efficiency and planning accuracy in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

What You’ll Do:

• - Assist the team in the monthly and quarterly preparation of management reporting
• - Assist on the various monthly closing process and take ownership on specific areas (e.g. Marketing, Opex analysis)
• - Check and validate data generated by system, identify and correct errors, analysing trend, provide commentary for business performance
• - Take part in various process improvement initiatives / projects. Provide project management support for system enhancements where relevant
• - Assist in any other ad hoc projects / analysis involving cost efficiency, automation, planning, data validation

What We’re Looking For:

• - Degree in Finance/Accounting, CIMA/CGMA or equivalent qualification is preferred
• - 5 years+ related work experience in financial analysis, audit is also considered as we welcome anyone who would like to switch career path from other finance roles to FP&A
• - Strong analytical skills, sense of urgency, pay attention to details is essential
• - A self-starter who takes initiative, be dedicated, set and drive toward goals
• - Ability to work in an unstructured environment, navigate ambiguity, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and provide clarity and structure
• - Excellent communication and people skills
