Job summary

Nex is seeking a Localization Project Manager (Fixed Term Contract) based in Europe to support game and marketing localization programs. The role involves coordinating external vendors for text, graphics, voice-over, and LQA, and managing multiple projects end-to-end over time.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Packaging, PlayOS, and other functions, track progress, and ensure timely delivery. Ideal candidates have strong communication and organizational skills and are based in Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience managing localization projects, ideally for games, entertainment, software, or digital products.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with localization workflows and vendor management.
• Ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the external localization vendor responsible for text, graphics, voice-over, and LQA, including tracking progress and coordinating handoffs.
• Assist Localization Program Manager with project planning, execution, and status reporting.
• Gradually own 10 to 20 localization projects end-to-end under Nex’s localization structure.
• Coordinate localization requests across teams including Marketing, Packaging, PlayOS and others.
• Maintain project documentation in Notion and other systems; track schedules and risks.
• Serve as the primary operational contact between internal teams and the external vendor.
• Work with the vendor to improve localization quality and drive process improvements.
