Ethos is seeking experienced equity research analysts to help train their language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will analyze and create AI-generated presentations across core workflows and refine content for accuracy and professional quality.

This fully remote role offers flexible hours (5–20 hours per week) and starts ASAP, with compensation at $100/hour. Join a network backed by top investors and work with leading researchers and firms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in equity research at a recognized sell-side or independent firm.
• Deep expertise in valuation exhibits, industry analysis, and investment thesis communication.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and create AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: initiation report exhibits, earnings preview and review slides, industry primer decks, thesis one‑pagers, valuation summary pages, and marketing decks for investor meetings.
• Evaluate and refine the AI-generated content to ensure accuracy and professional quality.
