Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced investment analysts to train AI models on professional presentation tasks. Candidates possess 3+ years at hedge funds or asset managers and excel in crafting persuasive, data‑driven slide decks.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across investment pitches, position reviews, portfolio decks, and quarterly letters, collaborating with editors and PMs. Remote, flexible 5–20 hours weekly; ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a research or investing seat at a hedge fund or asset manager.
• Track record of pitching ideas via written memos and decks to a PM or investment committee.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (investment pitches, position reviews, portfolio decks, thesis memos with exhibits, LP letters).
• Collaborate with editors and PMs to ensure accuracy, clarity, and impact of materials.
