Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to hire experienced equities research analysts who can help train their language model on professional presentation tasks.

The role is fully remote, with 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired) and an ASAP start. Compensation is $100/hour, offering flexible scheduling for experienced analysts to create and refine AI-generated slide decks across multiple workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in equity research at a recognized sell-side or independent firm.
• Deep expertise in valuation exhibits, industry analysis, and investment thesis communication.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Support initiation reports, earnings previews, industry primers, thesis one-pagers, and investor decks.
