Ethos is seeking experienced private equity associates who can help train our language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks, including investment memos, decks, and LP reporting materials. Flexible remote work with ASAP start dates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a deal-facing role at a private equity fund.
• Strong expertise in IC materials, portfolio reporting, and investment storylines.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for investment memos and decks.
• Produce LBO model output pages and portfolio review presentations.
• Prepare 100-day plan decks, LP reporting materials, and exit preparation decks.
