Job summary

Binance is seeking an AI/ML software engineer to design and build AI-powered productivity tools for internal engineering teams. You will develop LLM-powered applications and AI agent workflows, integrating AI capabilities across the SDLC to boost productivity.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, employ prompt engineering and RAG techniques, and own projects from problem formulation to deployment and iteration. This role is remote-first with global impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/DS/SE.
• 1–5 years of software or AI engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Go or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid fundamentals: API integration, system design, debugging, testing.
• Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-powered apps.
• Experience with LLM Agents, RAG, Prompt Engineering, MCP/tool calling, context management or AI evaluation.
• Experience with backend, platform or full-stack development integrating AI into production workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive hands-on approach.
• Good communication and collaboration with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered productivity tools for internal engineering teams.
• Build and integrate LLM-powered applications for real-world engineering use cases.
• Develop AI Agent workflows and supporting infrastructure (tool calling, memory, evaluation, orchestration).
• Integrate AI capabilities into the software lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Work with engineering teams to translate bottlenecks into AI-driven solutions.
• Apply Prompt Engineering, RAG, MCP/tool calling and evaluate emerging AI tech.
• Own projects end-to-end from problem definition to deployment and iteration.
