Job summary

Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch is seeking a qualified Relationship Manager to develop and maintain a corporate portfolio across lending, trade finance, and deposits in Hong Kong and Mainland China. The role requires strong credit analysis, risk management, and knowledge of HK/Mainland banking regulations.

The candidate should have at least 3 years of RM experience, fluent English and Putonghua, and be capable of working under pressure while delivering results as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Degree holders in business/finance.
• Minimum 3 years relationship manager experience with proven track record.
• Strong credit analysis and risk management skills, knowledge of corporate banking products and HK/Mainland China regulations.
• Familiar with office software.
• Fluent in English and Putonghua.
• Independent, outgoing, pleasant and self-disciplined, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, good team player.
• More experience considered as Senior Relationship Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain corporate business portfolio including lending, trade finance and deposits in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
• Explore new business opportunities and actively participate in marketing and selling the Bank's corporate financial services (corporate lending, trade financing, structured transactions, syndication, treasury).
• Conduct credit analysis and prepare sound credit proposals with persuasive arguments.

• Conduct credit analysis and prepare sound credit proposals with persuasive and objective arguments

Requirements

• Degree holders or above in business or finance-related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relationship manager experience with proven track record in handling business independently.
• Strong credit analysis and risk management skills, good knowledge of corporate banking products and relevant HK and the Mainland China banking regulations.
• Familiar with office software
• Fluent in English and Putonghua
• Independent, outgoing, pleasant and self-disciplined personality, willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and a good team player
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Relationship Manager.
