Job summary

Futu Holdings Limited is seeking a Private Banking Relationship Specialist to engage high-net-worth clients, build trusted relationships, and drive AUM and revenue targets.

You will work with the IA and product teams to provide portfolio analysis and tailored investment advice, support marketing to develop HNW activities, and manage client onboarding, maintenance, and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in private banking/private wealth management.
• Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• High level of customer-centric mindset to deliver exceptional service.
• Strong network in HNW clients and solid experience in business development.
• Familiarity with PWM processes and relevant regulations, with strong risk awareness and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build tight relationships with HNW clients to achieve AUM and revenue targets.
• Provide investment portfolio analysis and advice tailored to clients' needs and risk profiles.
• Support marketing to develop HNW activities based on team resources.
• Handle HNW client services including account opening and maintenance, plus related tasks.
• Monitor credit quality and margin levels; work on ad hoc management projects.

• Building tight relationship with HNW clients to complete team AUM and revenue target.
• Work closely with IA and product team and provide investment portfolio analysis and advices to the clients according to their needs, desires and risk profile
• Support marketing team to build HNW activities based on the team resources
• Be in responsible for the HNW client services, including account opening, maintenance, and other related tasks Manage the credit quality and monitor the margin level
• Work on ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by the management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in private banking or private wealth management, with a focus on the private banking sector;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese ;
• High level of customer-centric mindset to deliver exceptional quality services for customers;
• Strong network in HNW clients and solid experience in business development;
• Familiarity with PWM business processes and relevant regulations, with a strong sense of risk awareness and compliance.
• SFC Licensed type 1 and 4 or - HKSI LE Paper 1,7 & 8 or equivalent.
