Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager, Private Wealth to lead a portfolio of High-Net-Worth clients in Hong Kong. You will engage proactively, review portfolios regularly, and tailor wealth solutions including investments, insurance, lending and treasury products.

Role requires 4+ years in wealth management or related fields, strong client relationships, and fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in wealth management/private banking/financial advisory.
• Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
• Strong understanding of investment products, insurance solutions, and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Affluent clients.
• Build trusted client relationships through proactive engagement and regular portfolio reviews.
• Identify clients' financial needs and provide suitable wealth management solutions, including investment, insurance, lending, and treasury products.
• Achieve individual sales, revenue, and asset-under-management (AUM) targets.
• Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and existing client relationships.
• Collaborate with product specialists, investment advisors, and lending teams to deliver holistic wealth solutions.
• Monitor market developments and provide timely investment insights to clients.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and suitability standards.
• Maintain accurate client records and complete periodic KYC and account reviews.
