Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a Cash Product Sales professional to enhance services related to cash management. You will develop and implement sales strategies while ensuring high-quality customer service through collaboration with relationship managers and various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Business Administration or Finance and at least three years of banking experience. Proficiency in English and Chinese, including Putonghua, is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• University graduate with a major in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant banking experience preferred.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.

Job Summary

• Responsible for formulating and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote cash management services and products (e.g. AAS, Cash Pool, Host-to-host, SWIFT, Payroll, etc.) to corporate customers.
• Coordinate with relationship managers to provide quality customer services and monitor the sales performance to grow the bank’s business.
• Work closely with various internal and external parties to formulate product marketing campaigns.
• Liaise with the head office and branches for continuous product developments.

Job Requirements

• University graduate with a major in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant banking experience. Exposure to cash management, transaction banking, or fund distribution will be preferred.
• Strong product knowledge in cash management.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and business acumen.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
