The role emphasizes active book-building, cross-border exposure, and deep client advisory across investments, credit and wealth structuring.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in private banking or wealth management, with a proven ability to source, nurture and convert relationships for UHNW clientele.

Qualifications

• Private banking or wealth management background required.
• Minimum of 5 years' continuous tenure with current institution.
• At least 7+ years of cumulative private banking or wealth management experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with prospecting and book-building approach.
• International exposure is a strong plus, especially cross-border or emerging markets.

I'm working with a well-established, confidential private banking client expanding its team and looking for a Relationship Manager ready to make their mark. This isn't a "manage what's handed to you" role, it's a platform built for bankers who want to actively grow a book of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth relationships, with the infrastructure and product depth to back ambitious client conversations.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning and growing a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients
• Sourcing and converting new relationships
• Acting as the trusted advisor across investments, credit, and wealth structuring

What we’re looking for:

• A private banking or wealth management background with a genuine passion for the client relationship side of the business.
• A minimum of 5 years' continuous tenure with their current institution.
• At least 7+ years of cumulative private banking or wealth management experience.
• An entrepreneurial mindset: someone who sees prospecting and book-building as an opportunity, not a chore.
• International exposure is a strong plus, particularly if your network spans cross-border or emerging-market clients.
