Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or above in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years of relevant financial working experience in securities or futures firms.
• Detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review daily Segregation of Client Money reports, FRR reports and other regulator documents.
• Handle daily accounting input for trades and settlements to ensure data accuracy.
• Handle reconciliation of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Liaise with SFC regulatory policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Handle other ad hoc duties assigned by the department.
