Job summary

Acts Consulting Co. in Hong Kong is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee all compliance activities, ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, and lead the preparation of reports for regulators and management.

The ideal candidate will have HK regulatory knowledge, experience in securities brokerage and AML, and fluency in English and Chinese, with Putonghua proficiency regarded as a plus for cross-border communications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Law, Finance or related discipline.
• 3+ years in compliance and audit.
• Familiar with HK securities brokerage and anti-money laundering requirements.
• Knowledge of SFC/HKEx rules and compliance practices.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all compliance functions to ensure the Company adheres to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and update compliance policies and procedures.
• Prepare internal and external compliance report(s).
• Prepare license applications and answer enquiries from regulators on compliance matters.
• Assist in ad hoc projects.
