Job summary

IQ-EQ in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Associate to provide compliance advisory services to clients regulated by the SFC. You will manage licensing, FRR submissions, and regulatory reporting while liaising with clients to ensure smooth, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in financial services compliance.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong regulatory frameworks.
• Proficient in MS Office; English and Cantonese fluency.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• As primary client liaison, deliver compliance consultancy services, handle inquiries, and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Conduct regulatory research and provide timely advisory on SFC rules and updates.
• Prepare and manage SFC licensing applications, FRR submissions, and other reports.
• Perform compliance monitoring reviews, KYC processes, and lead client meetings.
• Coordinate with auditors, legal teams, regulators, and other stakeholders on compliance matters.
