IQ-EQ is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to provide compliance consultancy services to clients regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) in Hong Kong. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, advisory services, and managing complex issues with strong client-facing abilities.

You will conduct regulatory research, prepare SFC licensing submissions, and lead compliance reviews while coordinating with regulators and stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; Cantonese/ Mandarin an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong’s financial services industry and regulatory framework.
• Prior experience in a regulated compliance role or compliance consultancy.
• Collaborative team player able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering compliance consultancy services for SFC-regulated institutions.
• Conduct regulatory research, monitor rule updates, and provide timely compliance advice.
• Prepare and submit SFC licensing applications and ad hoc filings; manage regulator communications.
• Lead regular compliance meetings, prepare reports, and implement monitoring plans.
• Draft, review, and submit regulatory reports and FRR-related inquiries.
