Job summary

Acts Consulting Co. in Hong Kong is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee all compliance activities, ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, and lead the preparation of reports for regulators and management.

The ideal candidate will have HK regulatory knowledge, experience in securities brokerage and AML, and fluency in English and Chinese, with Putonghua proficiency regarded as a plus for cross-border communications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Law, Finance or related discipline.
• 3+ years in compliance and audit.
• Familiar with HK securities brokerage and anti-money laundering requirements.
• Knowledge of SFC/HKEx rules and compliance practices.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Prepare license applications and answer enquiries from regulators on compliance matters;

• Assist in ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting / Law / Finance or related disciplines;

• 3 years or above working experience on compliance and audit function;

• Knowledgewith HK legal and regulatory requirements on securities brokerage and anti-money laundering is preferred;

• Knowledgein SFC / HKEx rules and regulations and their compliance / practice;

• Mature, self-motivated and equipped with positive attitude and passion for performance excellence;

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency of Putonghua.
