Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related discipline.
• 8+ years in operational risk within banking.
• Strong knowledge of HKMA regulations and resilience standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the operational risk framework and core tools.
• Align with HKMA SPM modules and conduct gap analyses.
• Submit statutory reports such as ICA and Business Continuity statements.
• Lead bank-wide BCP efforts and conduct stress tests.
• Deliver operational risk assessments for new products.
• Serve as risk bridge between bank and parent head office.
• Issue risk alerts and oversee risk training programs.
