Job summary

Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Operational Risk professional to support the Asia-Pacific & Middle East region in embedding the Risk Framework across all business lines. You will help identify, report, and manage risks, coordinating with local and global teams.

The role covers KRIs, NPNA review, risk mapping, incident management, and training of Risk Correspondents, with strong emphasis on communication, analysis, and governance to strengthen the bank's

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in risk management within the financial services industry.
• Experience implementing and operating risk management frameworks and regulatory reporting.
• Strong writing and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to run meetings and coordinate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Operational Risk APME in embedding the framework across regions.
• Produce and manage KRIs and regular risk reporting for management.
• Contribute to risk mapping and self-assessment processes (RCSAs).
• Review NPNA and non-standard transactions approvals.
• Prepare routine and ad-hoc APME risk reporting for leadership.
• Participate in the APME Operational Risk Committee and present topics.
• Collaborate with Global Operational Risk and other functions on initiatives.
• Liaise with Compliance, Cyber, Tech & Outsourcing; train risk correspondents.
