Longchamp is seeking a design-oriented Architect/Interior Designer to join our team in Hong Kong. You will create design proposals following global guidelines while adapting to local requirements, with proficiency in SketchUp essential.

You will coordinate with local teams, HQ, and vendors to ensure display props meet brand standards, assist on-site installations, and travel as needed. A degree in Architecture or Interior Design and experience with luxury retail are required.

Formación

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Experience on mid- to high-end retail projects, luxury fashion is a plus.
• Strong concept design understanding with knowledge of construction, furniture detailing, interior systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and 3D rendering software.

Responsabilidades

• Create design proposals in line with global guidelines, locally adapted. SketchUp proficiency required.
• Collaborate with local teams to monitor schedules, costs, construction, and production progress.
• Coordinate with HQ and suppliers to ensure display props meet brand standards.
• Assist with on-site installations and event setup, ensuring quality and design alignment with brand.

Job Responsibilities

• Create design proposals in accordance with global guidelines while adapting to local requirements. Proficiency in SketchUp is essential.
• Partner with local teams to closely monitor schedules, costs, construction, and production progress in accordance with approved design proposals.
• Work closely with HQ and internal production teams to ensure the design and quality of display props are executed to the highest standards by vendors.
• Assist with on-site installations and event setup, ensuring quality and design adhere to brand standards.

Job Requirements

• University degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• Experience working on mid- to high-end retail projects, preferably within a luxury fashion brand.
• Strong understanding of concept design, with the ability to demonstrate knowledge of construction techniques, furniture detailing, and interior architectural systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and 3D rendering software.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Occasional overnight work is required.
• Must be willing to travel.
