Job summary

Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group is seeking a talented Retail Presentation Manager to drive VM tool development, fixtures, and in-store displays across the store network. You will collaborate with design teams and external vendors, produce prototypes, technical drawings, and production docs, and ensure on-time delivery for store rollouts and campaigns.

A degree in related field and 5+ years VM/retail fixtures experience, strong fabrication knowledge, and Mandarin/Cantonese/English language skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in visual merchandising, product/industrial/interior design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of VM or retail fixtures production experience.
• Strong knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and supplier networks.
• Excellent communication and vendor coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience supporting large-scale retail or luxury projects.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English preferred.

We're seeking a talented and experienced retail Presentation Manager to support the development and production of visual merchandising (VM) tools, fixtures, and in‑store display materials. The role works closely with design teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely execution of VM solutions across our store network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the creation of prototypes, samples for new VM tools, and fixtures.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and production documents.
• Work closely with production houses, fabricators, and suppliers to follow up on sampling, quality, and timelines.
• Assist in managing multiple production projects and ensure on-time delivery for store rollouts and campaigns.
• Conduct quality checks for prototypes and final production items.
• Provide 3D visualizations and design files using SketchUp, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other 3D rendering tools.
• Research materials and production methods to ensure quality, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Degree in Visual Merchandising, Product Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in VM or retail fixtures production or similar roles.
• Knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, supplier network, and hands‑on prototyping.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with vendor coordination.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible, able to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated success in supporting large‑scale retail or commercial projects.
• Proficient in design software and tools, such as SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and 3D rendering.
• Experience in retail, jewelry or luxury industries preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English (preferred).
