Sleek is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with business leadership across Singapore, Hong Kong or Malaysia. You will drive end-to-end recruitment, screen and shortlist talent, and build a strong pipeline to support Sleek’s growth.

The role reports to the Country Manager Hong Kong, with a dotted line to the Head of Talent Acquisition, and features flexible remote options per country. Your English and Chinese language skills, regulatory knowledge, and stakeholder collaboration

Qualifications

• Fluent professional Business English (verbal and written) is strictly required.
• Professional proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin; written Traditional and/or Simplified) is required.
• Must have valid legal working rights in your country of residence (Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong).
• Workplace arrangement: Hybrid for Singapore and Hong Kong; Fully Remote for Malaysia.

• At Sleek, partner with business leadership to attract and close exceptional talent across the region.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, screening, and candidate engagement across multiple departments.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and leaders to prioritise hiring goals and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with local recruitment regulations and high-quality job postings.
