Regional (Senior) Human Resources Manager
- Support the Head of HR and Administration in providing guidance and oversight to regional HR teams to ensure effective execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives;
- Review, develop, and implement HR best practices relating to HR policies, procedures, employee relations, and HR infrastructure across regional offices, ensuring alignment with Group policies and compliance with local employment laws and regulations;
- Support regional talent acquisition activities, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, selection, and onboarding, to ensure timely recruitment of qualified talent;
- Partner with regional HR teams to drive performance management processes, including performance reviews, talent development initiatives, and compensation and benefits administration;
- Liaise with regional offices on HR-related projects and operational matters, ensuring HR initiatives are effectively communicated, interpreted, and executed consistently across all locations;
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement activities, and culture‑building efforts across the region;
- Prepare annual HR budgets, manpower cost projections, and workforce planning analyses, while monitoring HR expenditures against approved budgets;
- Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports, presentations, and analyses for senior management review; and
- Carry out ad‑hoc project, assignments or business trips as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant HR experience in sizeable multinational organizations, with regional HR exposure;
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
- Overseas education and/or work experience is preferred, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and business environments;
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices, with hands‑on experience in employee relations handling;
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the potential on leadership level;
- Positive, flexible, and proactive, with strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Chinese word‑processing; and
- Applicants with significant relevant experience will be considered for the Senior Manager position.
