Job summary

Water Oasis Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Public Relations Executive to own the PR and corporate communications for all brands, elevating visibility into tangible brand influence across the region.

You will craft press releases, advisories and executive commentary, build a robust KOL network and media relationships, and coordinate press conferences, product launches and events. English fluency with Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications; prior experience in the Beauty, Medical or Retail industry will be an advantage.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the editorial instinct to craft media communications that resonate, complemented by proven command of media relations, event execution and media monitoring platforms, plus an established KOL network that opens doors across industries
• Demonstrated strengths in Drives Results, Communicates, Decision Quality, Managing Ambiguity and Collaborates, turning ambition into delivered outcomes under tight timelines
• A proactive, meticulous professional who stays composed under pressure, bringing genuine passion and strong ownership to every brief
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, with full professional fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Own the Group's public relations and corporate communications agenda across all brands, turning visibility into genuine brand influence across the region
• Shape and tell the Group's story through compelling press releases, media advisories and executive commentary, earning editorial coverage that cuts through in a crowded market
• Build and energise a powerful KOL network alongside lasting media relationships, turning key opinion leaders into authentic brand advocates and placing our story at the centre of the industry conversation
• Orchestrate press conferences, product launches and corporate events alongside internal and external partners, crafting brand moments the industry remembers
• Anticipate the narrative by tracking media coverage, industry trends and public sentiment, equipping leadership with the insight to decide with confidence
• Partner across the business to navigate issues and crisis communications with composure, protecting the Group's reputation when it matters most
