Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in Hong Kong, SAR, China, seeks a senior OT and security leader to drive Target Operating Model development, regional OT network management, and governance across multiple facilities. You will partner with the Global Director to embed TOM into day-to-day operations.

The role requires hands-on engineering leadership for BMS/SCADA/DCIM, IEC 62443 and NIST compliance, and strong stakeholder management across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8–10+ years in operational technology with cybersecurity expertise.
• Experience with building automation (BMS/SCADA/DCIM) and OT security across regions.
• Experience delivering operating model transformations in complex organisations.

Responsabilités

• Develop regional TOM frameworks, processes, and governance structures.
• Champion adoption and change management for TOM with regional teams.
• Manage OT networks across regional smart buildings per TOM architecture.
• Ensure IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and other standards compliance.
• Provide hands-on engineering oversight and lead remediation projects.
