Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8–10+ years in operational technology with cyber security expertise.
• Hands-on with BMS/SCADA/DCIM and OT security across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the OT Target Operating Model regionally.
• Lead OT network management, security controls, and incident response.
• Collaborate with Global Director and regional teams to ensure TOM alignment.
