Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in cybersecurity operations and governance.
• Active CISSP certification required; CCSP/OSCP/CEH desirable.
• Experience with ITIL v4 and service management best practices.
• Expertise in PAM/PIM/IAM, SOC, SIEM, and cloud security.
• Proven leadership and cross-language communication across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day cybersecurity operations across regions.
• Plan and deliver end-to-end security projects aligned to roadmaps.
• Partner with CISO to refine regional security strategies.
• Oversee threat intel, incident response, and containment.
• Implement ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT controls across hybrid envs.
• Drive security awareness programs and risk reporting.
