Job summary

iTalent Company is seeking a detail‑oriented Quotation & Cost Estimation professional based in Hong Kong. You will manage complex RFQ analyses, coordinate with engineering and procurement for cost data, and communicate pricing to EU/US clients.

The role focuses on 70% complex quotation, 30% client servicing, with travel to the Dongguan plant. Strong MS Office and English/Mandarin skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Higher Diploma or above in Engineering or Business-related disciplines.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Project Quotation, Cost Estimation, or Commercial/Pricing Analysis in B2B Manufacturing, OEM/EMS, Metal/Plastic Injection, or Industrial Equipment industries.
• Visa: TTPS (Top Talent Pass Scheme) holders welcome.
• Client exposure: Experience communicating with overseas corporate clients (EU/US) is a strong advantage.
• Technical & numerical: Proficiency in MS Office; Excel; knowledge of Excel Macro, SQL, or VBA is a plus.
• Language: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Personality: Analytical mindset, numbers oriented, proactive, willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Complex Project Costing & RFQ Analysis: analyze RFQs from EU/US clients and build multi-variable cost breakdowns.
• Factory Liaison for Cost Estimation: collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production to gather costs and lead times.
• Client Commercial Communication: be the main contact for quotation inquiries, negotiations, and pricing breakdowns.
• Account & Pricing Tracking: maintain quotation databases and assist in pricing strategy reviews.
• Working Location: Hong Kong with 2 days/week travel to Dongguan plant.
