Job summary

iTalent Company is seeking a results-driven Quotation & Costing Specialist to support complex project pricing and client servicing for EU/US markets from our Hong Kong base. You will analyze RFQs, breakdown costs, and collaborate with engineering, procurement and production teams to build competitive proposals.

The role requires strong numerical skills, MS Office expertise, and fluency in English and Mandarin, with occasional travel to the Dongguan plant.

Qualifications

• Education as stated: Higher Diploma or above in Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Project Quotation or Cost Estimation.
• Experience with B2B manufacturing or OEM/EMS advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Complex Project Costing & RFQ Analysis: Analyze incoming RFQs from major EU/US clients and build cost breakdowns.
• Factory Liaison for Cost Estimation: Coordinate with engineering, procurement and production to gather component costs and feasibility.
• Client Commercial Communication: Serve as the primary contact for quotation inquiries and pricing discussions.
• Account & Pricing Tracking: Maintain quotation databases and support pricing strategy reviews.
• Working Location: Hong Kong with 2 days/week travel to Dongguan plant.
