Job summary

Audemars Piguet is seeking a GCR IT Leader to manage IT operations and projects across subsidiaries in the region. You will partner with Global IT to ensure consistency, performance, and alignment with company objectives, while leading regional initiatives and incident management.

Responsibilities include overseeing IT services, roadmap execution, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with policies. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in similar IT leadership roles.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Diplomatic & a mediator).
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Global IT across the region and act as trusted advisor to regional leadership.
• Oversee regional IT services, budgets, and incidents; ensure alignment with SLAs.
• Lead technology delivery and projects, including resource planning and progress monitoring.
• Govern IT governance, processes, risk management, audits, and documentation.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards and corporate procedures.
