Sun Life is seeking a Manager, Events to lead end-to-end planning and delivery of regional incentive trips, coordinating between Regional Office and local markets, vendors, and destinations to ensure flawless, brand-aligned experiences.

You will oversee run sheets, budgets, on-site operations and post-event reviews, with strong focus on stakeholder communication, compliance, and risk management across Asia.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in event management, hospitality, marketing or related.
• 5–8 years of experience in corporate events, incentive travel or meetings.
• Experience with cross-market stakeholders and international vendors is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work outside office hours during peaks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of assigned incentive trips.
• Coordinate stakeholder inputs, vendor negotiations, and budgets.
• Be on-site lead coordinating run-of-show, guest management and risk controls.
• Ensure brand standards, compliance and post-event reviews.
