Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a driven sales and relationship professional to manage and grow an existing book of business across Hong Kong, Korea, and Singapore. You will work closely with the Head of Greater China, handle day-to-day client inquiries, and oversee contract renewals with existing clients in a fast-paced financial technology environment.

This role emphasizes knowledge of futures and commodity markets, strong English and Chinese communication, and excellent at building new relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in futures and commodity space, especially with FCMs or trading shops.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese; able to communicate with internal and international partners.
• Experience selling to and supporting customers in the financial market industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive new and upsell opportunities with regional sales head.
• Regular account servicing based on KPIs.
• Develop relationships with Banks, FCMs, corporations and trading firms.
• Deliver platform presentations to potential clients.
• Convert referrals into sales and grow footprints with existing clients.
• Maintain key account relationships and manage onboarding and updates.
• Provide training and software tutorials when needed.
