Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Hong Kong is seeking a Regional Finance Analyst to apply advanced cash and accrual accounting to deliver complete financial reports for a complex CBRE client portfolio.

You will prepare, evaluate, and maintain financial statements, develop accurate reporting packages, and ensure timely delivery. This role supports policy controls within the Financial Strategy and Operations function, with CBRE RISE values guiding day-to-day actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply judgment and precedents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Complete intermediate to advanced-level accounting transactions for client financial statement packages.
• Create and post journal entries; ensure all expenses, receipts, owner distributions, funding requests are posted accurately.
• Generate and review financial packages for accuracy; prepare packages on schedule for timely delivery.
• Review funding and payment requests for accuracy, documentation, and authorization.
• Respond to and resolve complex accounting issues raised by management and clients.
• Identify issues and take corrective action to minimize risks.
• Maintain and report benchmarks and performance metrics.
• Apply standard principles and procedures to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems.
• Possess broad knowledge of own discipline and some knowledge of related disciplines.
• Lead by example; align with CBRE RISE values and influence team decisions.
• Impact the quality of own work and peers; operate within standardized procedures to meet deadlines.
• Explain complex information to others in straightforward terms.
