Job summary

DJRecruit Asia is sourcing a Regional ERP/Data Transformation Manager for a Global Boutique Brand. The role focuses on strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and managing vendor ecosystems to drive ERP/Data/AI transformation across the region.

The successful candidate will lead a small team, oversee budgets, and ensure secure, reliable technology operations while traveling regularly to China. Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
• 10+ years in ERP/Data/AI transformation.
• 3+ years in leadership and management.
• AI and automation are key objectives.
• Experience in manufacturing, sourcing, or supply chain is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to China regularly.
• Fluent English; Mandarin useful.
• Comfortable with a small team and flat structure.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning of ERP/Data/AI programs.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to map workflows and processes for transformation.
• Manage 3rd party IT vendors, SaaS providers, and China IT team.
• Budget planning, project delivery, and execution.
• Own performance, security, and reliability of the technology environment.
