Job summary

CBRE Limited is seeking a Sub-Regional Engineering Lead to supervise and develop the E&M/BS team across APAC. You will provide technical and operational support to account staff, lead staff development, and drive performance against departmental goals.

The role focuses on R&M, ensuring compliance with CBRE processes, and collaborating with clients and stakeholders to deliver reliable engineering outcomes. This is an on-site position in the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, and performance coaching preferred.
• Ability to communicate sensitive information and set performance expectations.
• Strong leadership to drive quality, efficiency, and effectiveness within the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide MEP R&M services to a financial services client with APAC offices.
• Supervise staff: training, development, performance evaluations, and coaching.
• Coordinate daily team activities; set work schedules and deadlines.
• Mentor staff and oversee recruitment and onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain client relationships and manage department profits and losses.
• Develop goals and initiatives; implement company policies and processes.
• Lead by example and align actions with CBRE RISE values.
