St. James's Place – Asia & Middle East is seeking a Digital Manager to drive lead generation, website performance and digital optimisation across the AME region. You will oversee agencies, manage development and lead optimisation efforts to support growth.

You will work with UK stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver measurable increases in traffic, engagement and conversion while managing marketing technology platforms and budgets.

Qualificações

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
• 5+ years in digital marketing, lead generation and website management.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC and conversion optimisation.
• Experience managing digital agencies and external suppliers.
• Experience with CMS, Google Analytics, Google Ads and marketing automation.
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation, SEO and digital agency relationships across Asia and the Middle East.
• Collaborate with UK digital, CMS and website teams for enhancements.
• Coordinate website redevelopment, platform, SEO and digital providers.
• Drive continuous improvement of website performance, UX and conversions.
• Ensure website content is accurate and up-to-date.
• Produce regular reporting on digital performance and ROI.
