YesStyle.com Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a data professional to support data-driven decision-making. You will maintain data infrastructure, deliver high-quality insights, and apply AI techniques to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Responsibilities include building scalable data models, developing data pipelines, managing ETL/ELT, creating standardized reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science or related field.
• 2–5+ years of data analysis or BI experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience with data warehousing (BigQuery, Redshift) and visualization (Tableau).
• Experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize existing data models, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
• Develop and enhance databases, data collection systems, and data pipelines to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Manage and optimize ETL/ELT processes for scalable data integration.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, ensuring reliable data availability for business users.
• Provide standardized reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Handle ad hoc data requests with timely, accurate delivery.
• Translate business requirements into actionable data insights and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support analytical projects, including simulated/test datasets for validation.
• Apply statistical methods and AI/ML techniques to solve problems.
• Explore AI tools to enhance analytics and automation.
