KOS International Limited is seeking a proactive Analyst Programmer to support business intelligence and application development initiatives in Hong Kong. The role combines system analysis, software development, data analytics and stakeholder engagement to strengthen technical and business-facing capabilities.

You will design, develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL, ETL and Power BI, while ensuring SDLC processes are followed and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics or related discipline.
• 1-3 years hands-on experience in system development with strong SQL, ETL and Power BI skills.
• Good understanding of SDLC methodologies and system implementation processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and business acumen.
• Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements with stakeholders across different functions.
• Design, develop and maintain applications, reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI and related technologies.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting and performance optimisation to ensure reliable business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration, process enhancements and technology initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members and contribute to best practices in system analysis and development.
