Job summary

Commtech (Asia) Limited is seeking a Regional Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning activities across multiple projects in the APAC region. This role works with on-site commissioning teams, delivery teams, and the CoE Lead to ensure projects meet client expectations, technical standards, timelines, and commercial objectives.

The position requires strong leadership and deep MEP commissioning expertise, with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments while driving

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of commissioning processes and technical standards.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Project) knowledge.
• Relevant professional certifications (commissioning, MEP, or training) an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional training strategies and programs.
• Design and deliver competency frameworks.
• Identify capability gaps and drive development initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to align training with organizational needs.
• Lead the Commissioning Centre of Excellence (CoE).
• Maintain commissioning standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ensure consistency and continuous improvement across the region.
• Provide advisory support on training and capability development.
