Job summary

Standard Chartered Plc is seeking an Executive Director, GCNA Regional Head of Client Services – FSS to own end-to-end client service experience for the region across Custody, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Trustee and Digital Assets.

The role leads a regional Client Services organisation, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring the service model evolves with client needs, product complexity and regulatory change.

Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years experience in securities services, with leadership in client service or operations.
• Deep product knowledge across Custody, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency and Trustee services.
• Proven ability to lead large multi-market teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong governance, MI/reporting capabilities and regulatory awareness in securities services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Client Services delivery across the GCNA region with a consistent operating model.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory, market infrastructure and client requirements while adhering to global standards.
• Own regional client service MI and reporting for senior management and governance bodies.
• Set tiered client segmentation and service coverage aligned to client size and value.
• Partner with Sales, Relationship Management and Client Implementation to align onboarding and servicing.
• Drive continuous improvement and sponsor automation to raise STP and client experience.
