Global Life Insurer is expanding its regional AI Centre of Excellence in Hong Kong to connect analytics, ML, and generative AI with business priorities across Asia. As an AI Analytics Translator, you will bridge business stakeholders and technical specialists to shape opportunities, test assumptions, and align regional capabilities with local needs.

Strong analytical judgement and stakeholder facilitation skills.
Practical understanding of machine learning and generative AI and data readiness.
Experience shaping business cases or value hypotheses.
Ability to connect operational needs with analytical possibilities.
Clear communication across business, data and technical audiences.

Help business teams frame operational challenges and potential AI opportunities.
Assess whether AI is an appropriate response to the identified problem.
Develop value hypotheses, business-case inputs and measurable success criteria.
Evaluate data readiness, adoption constraints and delivery considerations.
Translate regional AI capabilities into market and process requirements.
Interpret analytical findings and support evidence-based prioritisation across stakeholders.
