Responsibilities

• Provide services for guests including travel arrangements, local sightseeing, restaurant reservations and transportation arrangements.
• Handle parcels delivery.
• Assist with guest’s luggage and belongings proactively upon arrival and departure.
• Welcome and bid farewell to all hotel guests at the main entrance.
• Assist the door attendant to man the door when necessary.
• Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor / manager.
