Job summary

Hellotoby Technology (HK) Limited is seeking an Operations Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for front-line and back-office roles in Hong Kong. You will post job ads, screen resumes, shortlist candidates, interview, and handle offers and onboarding.

You will also oversee payroll processing with suppliers, explore sourcing strategies across multiple channels, and support ad hoc projects as directed by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Administration, HR or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in office administration/operation support.
• Result-oriented and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for front-line and back-office positions, from posting ads to onboarding.
• Manage several recruitment channels and source new platforms.
• Handle monthly payroll processing and liaise with suppliers.
• Explore recruiting strategies to source talent for front-line and back-office roles.
• Visit NGOs for ad hoc recruitment projects.
• Support ad hoc projects as assigned by Supervisor.
